1. What types of classes do you offer?

We offer a variety of stretch and dance classes that focus on flexibility, movement, healing, and empowerment. Classes are designed for all levels and rooted in mindfulness, body awareness, and joy.

2. Do I need experience to join?

Not at all! Our classes are beginner-friendly and inclusive. Whether you’re new to movement or returning after a break, you’ll be supported at your own pace.

3. What should I wear or bring to class?

Wear comfortable, breathable clothing you can move in. For stretch classes, a yoga mat and water are helpful. For dance, bring water and an open mind!

4. How do I sign up for a class?

You can register through our website or booking platform. Early booking is encouraged as space may be limited.

5. What’s your cancellation policy?

Unfortunately due to full schedule we do not do reschedules or refunds. If you miss or cancel your session you may come to ANY class ( no charge) to make up your session. You may also join someone else in their private as long as they agree ( no charge).

6. Can I book a private session or group event?

Yes! We offer private 1-on-1 sessions and custom group experiences. Contact us directly to schedule or inquire about rates.

7. Are your classes safe for people with injuries or health conditions?

We encourage participants to consult their healthcare provider before starting any new physical activity. Please inform us of any injuries or conditions so we can offer modifications.

8. Do you offer virtual classes?

Yes, select classes and workshops are available online. You’ll receive a link after registering.

9. How do I stay updated on classes and events?

Follow us on social media and join our email list for class schedules, updates, and wellness content.
